Studex is where students buy and sell to each other — sneakers, textbooks, gadgets, gym kit, the lot. No middlemen, no shipping across the country. Just people on the same campus, trading with people they can actually meet.
Every campus already has a marketplace — it's just scattered across group chats, status posts and word of mouth. Someone's selling a barely-used desk fan, someone else has been looking for one for a week, and neither of them will ever find out.
Studex gives that trade a proper home: real listings you can search, vendors with a reputation attached, and a payment flow that protects both sides. The seller isn't chasing anyone for money, and the buyer isn't sending cash to a stranger and hoping.
Search the marketplace or browse by category. Every listing shows the vendor, their rating and their follower count.
Checkout runs through Paystack — card or mobile money. Studex never sees your card details.
Arrange handover directly with the vendor. Same campus, so most swaps happen within a day.
If an item doesn't match its description, you get a full refund within 24 hours. That's the promise every vendor signs up to.
Only real buyers leave ratings, one per person per product, and vendors can't review themselves. Scores are computed server-side, so nobody can inflate their own.
Sellers verify their email before listing anything, and a verified badge is earned through followers and consistent ratings — not bought.
